Kerry was born and raised in Eagle River, Alaska. She completed her undergraduate degree in Athletic Training Education at New Mexico State University in Las Cruces, NM and she has been a Certified Athletic Trainer since 2009. Kerry had the opportunity to work with the Anchorage Glacier Pilots baseball team for three years as an athletic trainer which is also where she met her husband, TJ. She worked in physical therapy for 2 years before attending physician assistant school at Midwestern University in Glendale, Arizona. She is thrilled to be back in Alaska and to be able to practice in her hometown. She is currently living in Chugiak with her husband and her dog, Dixie. In her spare time she enjoys spending time with her family, hunting, fishing, camping, hiking, snow machining, and enjoying all of Alaska’s outdoor activities. Kerry has been a provider at Capstone since October 2012.
